Shipping & Fulfillment

 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Most items are ready to ship out within 3 days of placing your order.

 

 

Returns

 

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you, minus the return shipping fees. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

 

1. Email us at orders@mcnallyjacksonstore.com with a list of the item(s) you’d like to return. Please reference your order number in your email.

 

2. We’ll generate a return shipping label and email it to you. Return your item(s) with original packing slip. If you would like to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your packing slip.

 

3. Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Payment and Gift Cards

Our web shop is only able to process credit and debit card payments at this time. If you have a Goods for the Study gift card you would like to redeem, please call our West Village location at 212-674-4400 any day between 10am-8pm or email info@mcnallyjacksonstore.com for assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
